WE ARE

KEY ISSUES

Keeping AI Companies accountable

SUPPORT HUMAN WORK

Is it too easy for AI agents to replace human workers? We believe in business incentives such as discounting Human work and providing benefits to companies upskilling displaced workers. We also like policies requiring companies to report changes from human work to AI.

GET MORE FROM DATA CENTERS

AI companies are willing to spend unlimited sums on Data Center development. What do our communities get in exchange? Currently, not enough. We expect no rate hikes on utilities and water. We support ideas around requiring additional capital investment to repair power grid infrastructure in Data Center regions.

AI CONTENT "RIGHT TO KNOW"

Is the image online, the voice on the phone, the news you are reading real, or not? We believe in disclosures on deepfakes and AI-manipulated content and notifications when speaking to AI. There should be penalties for harmful use and laws to take down unsafe AI-manipulated content.

SAFETY FOR CHILDREN

All adults should evaluate ways to protect our kids and accelerate their success in a world with AI. Age-restrict Chatbots and require screenings to report potentially dangerous interactions like self-harm. Evaluate school standards for the use of AI, and prepare and train kids for the future.

WIN THE GLOBAL RACE, SAFELY

AI is the new arms race. AI is advancing without guardrails to beat our global adversaries. America can and will win, but we cannot risk massive negative impacts from an unchecked power race. We believe in negotiating international AI limits and establishing global safety standards.

NATIONALIZE AI POLICY

Patchworks of policies across several States is a start, but implementing standards on a Federal level will keep large AI companies accountable. Legislators should keep the American people protected from potential risks from AI and maximize its opportunities.
